The Crew Manager is a LAN and Web based application with which the user can mange the crew recruitment online as well as on LAN based Intranet environment.

The Data flow of the crew manager starts from filling up Crew candidate application , to crew readiness and final crew joining report. 

The data flow for the entire cycle starting from Crew selection to recruitment and training is depicted.

Crew Planning and allocation , the parallel module in Crew manager takes care of filtering crew based on experience, last Designation, vessel type, Dead Weight etc., and finally request for crew from External HR organisation or through Magazine advertisement
