INSURANCE 

Select and decide the insurance coverage for group vessels, personnel ashore and the floating staff Negotiate and renewal of Insurance select and appoint Insurance Brokers Coordinate and monitor crew P&I claims Coordinate and monitor vessel P& I and Hull & Machinery claims prepare claim statements, negotiate and settlement Negotiate and select other insurance Strike Club, ITIC etc.


 SALES AND PURCHASE OF VESSELS 
Market study of new construction and second hand vessels Negotiate and select brokers Communicate with the ship owners, preparation of MOA etc Inspection of vessels and prepare reports for owners Change of Flag, registration of vessel.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION
 Inspection of ships, prepare complete report on vessel inspection of class records and reports.

SHIP DEMOLITION 
Negotiation and finalization of contracts. Prepare MOA, Towage as necessary.

Prepare Vessel Budget Technical & Crew operation, crew Management, Monitor Vessel performance/Cost variance study.

REACTIVATION OF VESSELS 
Lay up vessel , Inspection and activation of vessel for trading. Repairs, surveys, Registration & Change of Flag etc.
